One of the top motivations for creating this blog is to be able to share all things healthful and helpful with any reader who passes through. I believe all three of the quotes above, and hold to them entirely. Healthful living is way more important than many people may realize, and can seriously help those who will put forth the effort! And the cool thing is, it doesn’t have to be a big hard project! And an even cooler thing…it can be delicious. All the time:) To be honest, I believe in delicious things being a regular part of the daily intake…provided that they are just as helpful to your body as they are happy to your mind. And as you include more whole food, natural, unprocessed nourishments to your daily habits, your body will crave them more, and then respond to your decision of healthy fuel with an irreplaceable liveliness and alertness and vigor restored to your life.
Now, when this blog began, lots of posts of lots of subjects would spring about frequently…but I quickly realized that there were so many things to share that inevitably, if no backup measures were taken, it would very quickly run out of storage room!
Therefore, this blog now has a sister site specifically for recipes: drrabbitsrecipes.wordpress.com
All new recipes will be posted there; that still leaves the slew of exciting ideas that were pre-sister sited though! They are all categorized here, as a sample recipe collection, organized by the following categories:
Cookies, Brownies/Bars, Snickety Snacks, Cool Beans (and Grain Goodness), Dinner Delights (and Salads), Soups/Sauces/Dips, Quick Concoctions
